Welcome, I am Sacha
I am a certified Yoga Therapist and Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator. I offer online and in-person Yoga Therapy sessions for people of all ages and abilities. By taking a personalized approach to Yoga my mission is to help you relieve your pain, improve your flexibility, enhance your strength and develop your ability to relax and become connected to what is important to you.

Our sessions combine physical practices, breath work, and mindfulness based on ancient wisdom of yoga, coupled with current scientific knowledge, for the purpose of supporting your needs, empowering you and helping you feel better.
