• A 15-30-minute chat to assess your needs is free of charge & required for the Trauma sensitive yoga sessions.

    The call is an opportunity for me to answer your questions, share a little bit of information about the different practices, and to confidentially hear anything about you that you want me to know about you. There is absolutely no pressure to share anything you don’t want to share. There is also no pressure to decide on the spot whether or not you’d like to join. Rather, the call is an opportunity for you get all the information you need to help you decide whether this practice feels like a good fit.

  • Sessions are available in person or via Zoom.

    Our initial meeting consists of a discussion of your medical history, wishes, and motivations. Our first step will be to look at your posture, movement, and breathing. I will provide you with an indication of how many sessions will be required after this introduction. We evaluate your progress together.

    Sessions last a maximum of 90 minutes each. Exercises will be provided for home practice if it is beneficial.

  • One-on-one Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga sessions vary in price depending on the duration of the sessions. Sessions can be 30 minutes long or an hour. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

    • 15-30 minute required introductory meeting by phone or video chat (free of charge)

    • 30 minute sessions $25 - $40 (sliding scale)

    • 60 minute sessions $50 - $75 (sliding scale)
